Technician Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians/splicers in fiber splicing, cable pulling, and tower equipment installation.

• Carry tools, cables, and materials to the work site.

• Help in laying, arranging, and fixing fiber/telecom cables.

• Provide support in climbing assistance activities (if trained and authorized).

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization at tower sites.

• Ensure safety compliance while working at height or on the ground.

• Report daily work progress to site supervisor/engineer.

• Perform other support duties assigned by the team leader.
