Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of elevators and escalators.

· Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections as per the service schedule.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in elevator systems.

· Attend service breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

· Replace defective components and carry out necessary repairs as per company standards.

· Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and job completion documentation.

· Follow all safety procedures and comply with company and statutory regulations while working on-site.

· Coordinate with senior technicians and supervisors for technical support when required.

· Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
