Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to support EV battery manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for battery cell/module/pack assembly, machine operation, quality inspection, testing, and maintaining safety standards in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate battery manufacturing and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble lithium-ion battery modules and battery packs as per SOPs and work instructions.
Perform spot welding, cell stacking, BMS wiring, and battery testing.
Monitor production parameters and maintain production records.
Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or abnormalities.
Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues.
Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety procedures.
Ensure proper handling of lithium-ion cells and hazardous materials.
Support preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning activities.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for process improvements.
Maintain daily production targets and minimize rejection rates.
