Technical Supervisor

We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team at Praction Networks Private Limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise FTTH splicing technicians.

• Perform and monitor fiber optic cable splicing (single mode & multi-core).

• Ensure proper joint closures and fiber termination.

• Conduct OTDR testing, power meter testing, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain splicing reports and documentation.

• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with NOC and project teams.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

• Handle customer escalation related to fiber faults.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FTTH splicing.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • OTDR testing

  • Fiber jointing

  • Fiber fault identification

• Ability to manage field teams.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of network diagrams and routing.

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics (preferred).

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
