We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team at Perks Links & Services Private Limited to Lead and supervise the MEP team for smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, DG, pumps, fire-fighting, STP, lifts and other residential MEP systems.
Plan and ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Attend technical complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with AMC/service vendors and monitor their work.
Maintain technical logbooks, checklists, maintenance records and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Identify technical issues, recommend corrective actions and escalate major breakdowns to the Facility/Society Manager.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of electrical, pump and other technical rooms. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 with growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or ITC with experience and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
