Respond to service inquiries and update clients on service status.
Resolve complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
Arrange service appointments and dispatch technicians or teams
Monitor service timelines and follow up on pending tasks.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and feedback
Prepare reports on service performance and customer satisfaction.
Liaise with internal departments like sales, technical support, and logistics
Ensure service teams are briefed and equipped for tasks
Minimum qualification: Diploma/ Any Graduate /Any Degree
