Designation- Shift Engineer

Support all technical facility operations in shifts
Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems
Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, and ensure all statutory and contract requirements are met.
Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and service request logs; complete daily/weekly reports and provide input for monthly management updates.
Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing downtime and client disruption.
Support minor project work, installations, shutdowns, and asset upgrades as required.
Train and assist junior staff and service teams on technical and safety procedures; contribute to a flexible, collaborative team environment.
