Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting To: Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose

To supervise elevator maintenance activities, manage technicians, and ensure smooth

functioning of elevator systems at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate service tasks.

Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown services.

Ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

Inspect service quality and ensure safety compliance.

Coordinate with clients for maintenance-related concerns.

Prepare maintenance reports and performance updates.

Provide technical guidance to technicians.

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in elevator maintenance with team handling experience.
