Supervisor

1. Electrical Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise operation and maintenance of all electrical systems including:

  • LT Panels, HT Panels (if applicable)

  • Transformers

  • DG Sets & AMF Panels

  • UPS systems

  • Solar power systems (if installed)

  • Internal & external lighting

  • Earthing and lightning protection systems

• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to common areas and apartments.

• Attend and resolve electrical complaints from residents promptly.

2. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

• Identify potential issues and take corrective actions to avoid breakdowns.

• Handle electrical breakdowns and emergencies efficiently.

• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and checklists.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.

• Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices.

• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Ensure proper earthing, insulation resistance, and load balancing.

4. Team & Vendor Management

• Supervise electricians and technicians on site.

• Allocate work and monitor performance of the electrical team.

• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and utility providers.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
