MISSION

· To manage end-to-end indirect procurement operations and maintenance support activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment,
· ensuring timely availability of materials, spare parts, and services.
· Drive cost optimization, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support uninterrupted production operations.
· continuously improve procurement processes in line with organizational objectives.

To ensure uninterrupted supply of indirect materials, spare parts, and services that support manufacturing operations and minimize equipment downtime. To deliver measurable cost savings by alternate sourcing and cost control initiatives. To maintain high inventory accuracy and process compliance (SAP MM / Coupa), contributing to operational efficiency and overall plant performance.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline
Job Related Experience:
3-5 years experience in indirect procurement and maintenance support within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with SAP MM and PM platforms . Demonstrated expertise in spare parts sourcing, inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost optimization.
Business Understanding:
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MRO procurement cycles, supply chain dynamics, and cost management in a high-volume production environment.
