Maintain accuracy and speed to meet daily operational targets.
Identify and report damaged, defective, or non-compliant items.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sorting area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies during operations.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth workflow.
Assist in loading/unloading activities when required.
