Job Description

Solar Installer – Job Description

Solar Installer solar power systems (jaise rooftop , tin-shed aur ground-mounted solar plants) ko install, assemble aur commission karta hai.

Key Responsibilities:

Solar panels, mounting structures, inverters aur DC/AC cables ka installation
Site par layout aur drawings ke according kaam karna
DC aur AC wiring, earthing aur lightning protection ka kaam
Solar modules ka alignment aur proper fixing ensure karna
System testing, commissioning aur basic troubleshooting
Safety rules aur PPE ka proper use
Site engineer / supervisor ke instructions follow karna

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Solar PV installation ka basic knowledge
Electrical tools aur testing instruments ka use
Height par kaam karne ki ability
Basic electrical safety knowledge
ITI / Diploma (Electrical) preferred
1–3 saal ka solar site experience (preferred)

Work Location:
Solar project sites (rooftop / ground mounted)
