We are looking for a Solar Panel Installation Technician to join our team at Sunroof Solar Solution. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing rooftop solar systems for residential and commercial customers. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month with training and growth opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and related equipment.

• Assist with electrical wiring, connections, and system commissioning.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.

• Diagnose technical issues and repair or replace faulty components.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure installations meet safety standards.

• Read technical drawings and coordinate with team members during installations.

• Prepare basic installation and service reports.

• Follow safety regulations and company guidelines while working on-site.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Electrical preferred).

• Experience: Fresher to 5 years.

• Basic knowledge of electrical work and hand tools is an advantage.

• Ability to work at heights and travel to installation sites when required.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and follow technical instructions.

• Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
