Key Responsibilities:
Installation:
Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems on rooftops or ground-mounted locations.
Electrical Work:
Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, and ensure safe, proper connections to the grid or battery systems.
Site Assessment:
Conduct site surveys to determine optimal system placement and layout requirements.
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine maintenance, inspect systems, identify faults, and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted power output.
Commissioning:
Test and inspect installed solar systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
Documentation:
Maintain records of installation and repair activities and report on system performance.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety standards and industry best practices during installation and maintenance.
Customer Interaction:
Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of PV systems, electrical components, and installation processes.
Electrical Skills: Proficiency in electrical wiring and connecting components safely.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
