Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial solar panel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures

• Conduct site assessments to ensure proper system design and installation

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Mount panels, run wiring, and connect inverters, batteries, and other system components

• Troubleshoot and repair solar systems as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and clients on-site

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:

• 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field

• Working knowledge of electrical systems and tools

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
