Job Description

We are looking for a Solar Technician to join our team at Balaji Televentures Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar panel systems (Tata Power Solar products) at customer sites across Jaipur and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels and inverters at residential and commercial sites

- Connect solar systems to electrical panels and grids

- Inspect and test solar installations to ensure proper functioning

- Perform maintenance and repair of solar equipment

- Coordinate with customers and project team for smooth installation

- Follow safety standards and guidelines during installation

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in solar panel installation

- Knowledge of solar inverters, panels, and wiring

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant field preferred

- Ability to work at heights and outdoor environments

- Good communication and teamwork skills
