Job Description

We are looking for a Solar Panel Technician to join our team at OGPL

Job Title: Solar Site Installation Technician

Objective: To oversee the successful installation and commissioning of solar PV modules and supporting infrastructure, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation and commissioning of Solar PV modules, aainverter, and power plants.

Execute civil works including tower foundations, DG/OD pads, and solar structure foundation piling.

Conduct equipment performance testing and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure system functionality.

Maintain accurate records of installation progress and technical specifications for reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in solar or electrical installation projects.

Strong understanding of site safety protocols and structural foundation requirements.

Ability to work in various field conditions and coordinate with local site team

Job Requirement:The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
