We are looking for an O&M Technician (Solar Power Plant) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing solar panels, inverters, electrical systems, and related equipment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills, with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, and maintain solar panels and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical faults.
Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues.
Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures.
Assist in electrical testing, equipment replacement, and breakdown maintenance.
Coordinate with site engineers to ensure smooth plant operations.
Job Requirements:
The preferred qualification for this role is ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 1–5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have basic knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical equipment, and maintenance activities. The ability to troubleshoot faults, work in field conditions, and follow health and safety regulations is essential.
