Site Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Mechanical Site Manager to join our team at Flower Horn Hub India Private Limited for Guwahati (Ulubari, Lachit Nagar, Raghunath Chowdhury Path, House No. 3, Bhanga Garh, Rajgarh Road, Lachit Nagar, SBI Bank). This dual-role position requires a professional who can seamlessly manage on-site installation and maintenance of elevator systems while driving sales growth through client engagement and business development. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Simultaneously, they will identify new business opportunities, present tailored solutions to clients, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, hands-on experience in lift installations, and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate should be capable of building lasting client relationships, managing multiple projects, and achieving sales targets. A diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, along with 3-5 years of Lift and Elevator industry experience, is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, basic AutoCAD, and CRM tools is a plus. This is a field-based role requiring frequent site visits and travel.
