Job Description

Swastik Multitrade Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team in Lucknow.
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 5–8 Years
Industry: Real Estate (Township Development)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work

  • Manage labour, contractors, and site manpower

  • Coordinate with Site Engineers and contractors

  • Monitor work progress and material utilization

  • Ensure work is executed as per project requirements

  • Maintain daily site progress and work reports

  • Ensure safety compliance at the site

Preferred Candidate

Experience in township development projects
Strong knowledge of construction site activities
Good manpower handling and coordination skills
Candidates residing in Lucknow will be preferred
