Site Engineer

1. Site Execution & Supervision

· Execute and supervise construction activities at the project site as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.

· Ensure all work is carried out according to the approved drawings and technical standards.

· Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per the approved project schedule.

· Plan and allocate daily work activities to labour and subcontractors.

2. Labour & Subcontractor Management

· Manage and supervise site labour, skilled workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

· Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources at the site.

· Monitor the productivity and quality of work performed by labour and subcontractors.

· Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

3. Drawing & BOQ Compliance

• Study and understand approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications before commencing work.

• Ensure site activities are executed strictly as per approved drawings.

• Report any discrepancies, missing details, or practical execution issues to the Project Coordinator or Project Manager.

• Ensure that no unauthorized changes or deviations are made at the site.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate regularly with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and other concerned departments.

• Communicate site-related issues, delays, technical concerns, material shortages, and resource requirements promptly.

Provide regular updates on the progress of site activities.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
