Job Description

Perform routine servicing, inspection, and maintenance of OLA electric scooters and motorcycles.
Diagnose and repair EV components such as batteries, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and charging systems.
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify technical faults.
Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
Execute warranty repairs as per company guidelines.
Maintain service records, job cards, and repair documentation.
Follow all EV safety procedures and workshop standards.
Coordinate with senior technicians and technical support teams for complex issues.
Ensure timely completion of repair jobs and high service quality.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers when required.
