Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of electric scooters/EVs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in:
- Battery systems
- Motor and controller
- Wiring and charging systems
- Electrical and mechanical components
Repair or replace faulty parts.
Use diagnostic tools and service equipment.
Maintain job cards, repair records, and service reports.
Follow safety procedures while handling EV systems.
Support customers and explain repair/service status.
Coordinate with senior technicians for complex repairs.
