Key Responsibilities

Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of OLA Electric scooters
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using OEM diagnostic tools
Repair EV systems including:
- Battery systems
- Motor
- Controller
- Wiring harness
- Charging systems
- Brake & suspension components
Conduct troubleshooting and fault analysis efficiently
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Update job cards, repair logs, and service records
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality checks
Support roadside assistance/service activities when required
Maintain workshop tools, cleanliness, and safety standards
Coordinate with senior technicians and service managers for complex repairs
