Job Description

We are looking for a service manager triumph Motorcycle to join our team at Dehradun Automobiles Private Limited to manage technecians,speak to customers and satusfy regarding service and maintainence of their triumph bikes . also able to speak and understand customer problem and resolve customer complaints The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems and discuss with Area head of Bajaj and resolve. The position offers an in-hand salary of₹35000 - ₹47000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage data of customers and getting the customers to workshop
Read repairing guides and coordinate with Area heads to resolve csm.issues
Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative mainnce plans.
Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.
Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.
Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.
manage insurance claims and take csm approval before starting the work

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
