Hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, especially in the hospitality sector (5-star hotels preferred).
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing & electrical wiring related to commercial kitchens.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and installation services.
Oversee the proper assembly, alignment, and functionality of kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigeration units, dishwashers etc.
Lead the handover process once installation and commissioning are complete, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet client requirements.
Must be willing to travel frequently to various project locations across India.
Good Communication skills both verbal and written. Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI Electricals OR EEE.
