The company is looking for a professional to join it as Senior Service Engineer / Senior Technical Support_Commercial Kitchen & Laundry equipment_Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience and Key Skills :

• Min. 4–6 years of experience

• Individuals with experience in handling service coordination of Commercial Kitchen equipments / Cooking equipments, Dishwashers, refrigeration equipments, Bakery equipments, coffee machines, and service support will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

• Hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, especially in the hospitality sector (5-star hotels preferred).

• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing & electrical wiring related to commercial kitchens.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

• Manage project schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of equipment and installation services.

• Oversee the proper assembly, alignment, and functionality of kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigeration units, dishwashers etc.

• Lead the handover process once installation and commissioning are complete, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet client requirements.

• Maintain work order records and submit required reports.

• Gas Charging is mandatory in commercial kitchen equipment.

• Hands on process of changing the Compressor.

• Position calls for travelling to attend Service jobs as & when called for in Western India.

• Good Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI Electricals OR EEE.

• Preferably from Commercial Kitchen & Laundry equipment

• Overall effective personality and result result-oriented attitude.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

Compensation :

• Best in the industry
