Job Title: EV Service Technician – Lithium-ion Battery

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled EV Service Technician with experience in lithium-ion batteries and electric vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining EV battery systems and vehicle components, while ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle service requests through the application/dashboard and visit assigned customer or dealer locations.

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair lithium-ion battery systems and EV components.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV battery units.

• Submit service reports with customer signatures after completing the service.

• Update the reporting manager regarding equipment status before initiating service.

• Ensure proper handling and safety of lithium-ion battery systems.

• Visit customer locations to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth service operations.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and service records as per company standards.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and electric vehicle systems

• Basic understanding of electrical and automotive systems

• Troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to work in field service role

Eligibility:

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Experience in EV, lithium battery, automobile service, or related field

• Valid driving license preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in EV industry or battery service

• Field service experience
