Service engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team at Secuserve Solutions LLP to repair, install, and service different systems and equipment like X-ray baggage Machines at Hotels, Metros, and Airports. This is a major security-related job role.

The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of  18000 to 22000 with growth opportunities. Secuserve solutions caters to various hotel industries, Metros, partnered with BEL and CISF for their projects. Service engineers are across Pan India. This position is for Mumbai, but travel requirements to Pune, Nagpur, Kanpur may be required at critical times.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Understand the company profile and customers

·       Your appropriate behavior, ethics and compliance will be investigated, along with confidentiality and sincerity is the key attribute

·       Coordinate with the Senior Service Engineers, Regional Managers, & customers across Secuserve locations

·       All Service calls related to Secuserve must be attended and on priority updated to the company. Timings in general is 9 am to 6pm, but certain customer projects like Metro will be functional for service in the night. Hence your timings should be flexible for the same.

·       Troubleshooting the problems on the Xray baggage machines.

• Repair the boards, replace the parts etc if required. To maintain proper accounts of incoming and outgoing inventory.

·        Need to share the photos of replaced/faulty spares at customer site and same has to be shared with the reports

·       Regular maintenance at all customer sites based on the plan schedule since this is one of the key security services

·       Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

·       Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

·       Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

·       Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

·       At critical times, you may need to travel to other locations on need basis and any support on this will be taken care by the company.

·       All travel reports and financial bills to be submitted on actuals

·       For Field and Service Engineers: You will have a designated location. But in the absence of any team member or due to customer work or any unexpected scenario that the company faces, you may need to travel to other locations on an urgent or planned basis. Your flexibility for the same is required. In case there is any permanent move or a location change is required, discussion for the same will be carried out and planned.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is  BE Graduate with Electronics and Electrical, Diploma is a additional plus point and Experience Range with 1 to 4 years. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory since we are an ISO company along with our clients. So documentation is mandatory
