Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal operation.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
Respond promptly to service calls and provide on-site support.
Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance logs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues and explain solutions.
Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring problems.
Train users on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, etc.)
1–3 years of experience in a technical service role (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
