1️⃣ Field Service Technician – Kitchen Chimneys & Small Appliances (Hafele Brand)
Experience: 1 Experienced & 3 Freshers
Role: On-site installation, servicing, and repair of Kitchen Chimneys and Small Home Appliances.
📍 Location/Work Base:
No.467, Panchayath Road, Ground Floor, Njarakkatil, Kuzhivelipady, Ernakulam, Kerala - 683 561.
2️⃣ Smart TV Service Technician / Engineer (Xiaomi TV Brand)
Experience: 1 Experienced & 1 Fresher
Role: Troubleshooting, screen diagnostics, L1/L2 hardware support, and component repairs for Xiaomi Smart TVs.
📍 Location/Work Base:
Abhilash, 32/2109, Anchumana Road, Padivattom Kara, Ernakulam, Edapally S.O, Kerala - 682 024.
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (full on-the-job training provided)
💵 Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on evaluation)
⛽ Petrol Allowance: ₹4 per km (additional, for customer visits)
🎯 Incentives: Extra performance-based bonuses

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Visiting customer locations in and around assigned base zones in Cochin/Ernakulam for service calls.
Diagnosing issues, repairing/replacing faulty components, and installing appliances (Chimneys/TVs).
Communicating issues politely with customers and updating service reports.
📋 Candidate Profile & Requirements:
🎓 Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or Any Graduate
🏍️ Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid Driving License (DL).
👨 Gender: Male candidates only.
👍 Quick learners, hands-on trouble-shooters, and those with a positive attitude.
