Job Description
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle the installation, repair, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of home appliances, TVs, electronic equipment, machinery, and other systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, replace, and service equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot problems.
Follow service manuals and technical instructions.
Maintain service and repair reports.
Handle spare parts and coordinate with suppliers when required.
Explain technical issues and solutions to customers.
Follow safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with technicians and engineers to complete service tasks.
Requirements
6 Months – 4 Years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and multitasking skills.
Willingness to travel for field service.
MS Office knowledge is an added advantage.
