Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team at Resume Hubs. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various equipment and systems, including home appliances, electronic equipment, TVs, and other technical products.

The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and work in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, repair, and service various equipment and systems..

• Repair or replace faulty components and assemble required parts.

• Perform installation and servicing of home appliances and electronic equipment such as TVs and other products.

• Follow service manuals, technical guides, and repair instructions.

• Coordinate with senior technicians and other technical experts when required.

• Maintain service records, repair reports, and maintenance documentation.

• Follow company safety procedures and health & safety regulations.

• Inform customers about equipment issues and explain solutions clearly and professionally.

• Assist in sourcing required spare parts and materials.

• Ensure all service and repair work is completed efficiently and with good quality.

• Stay updated with new equipment, technologies, and service procedures.

• Attend technical training and workshops whenever required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment and troubleshooting.

• Ability to explain technical problems in a simple and clear manner.

• Willingness to travel for field service and installation work.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Good time-management and multitasking skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and technical skills.

• Qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass and Above

• Experience: 0 – 6 months

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with basic technical/electrical/electronic knowledge will be preferred.

• Candidates should be willing to work in field service, installation, repair, and maintenance.
