Position: Solar Service Engineer
Department: Technical / Service & Maintenance
Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically competent and customer-oriented Solar Service Engineer to handle installation support, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and after-sales service of solar power systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits for solar system inspection, fault diagnosis and repair.
Handle service issues relating to solar panels, inverters, wiring, protection devices and monitoring systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and assist in system commissioning.
Attend customer complaints and coordinate with manufacturers for warranty-related issues.
Maintain service records, inspection reports and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Travel to residential, commercial and industrial solar project sites as required.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree Engineering.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Required Skills: Solar PV fundamentals, electrical troubleshooting, customer communication, documentation and willingness to travel.
Reporting To: Service Manager / Technical Manager.
