The Production, Installation & Service Engineer will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, testing, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of scientific and laboratory equipment manufactured by Nano Science & Technology Company.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complete mechanical assembly of scientific and laboratory equipment.
Carry out machine wiring and electrical component fitting as per approved wiring diagrams and safety procedures.
Conduct machine testing and functional checks before dispatch.
Visit customer sites for machine installation and commissioning.
Ensure proper machine operation after installation and explain basic operating procedures to customers.
Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer service issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing of installed machines.
Maintain installation reports, testing records, and service documentation.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely machine readiness and dispatch.
Follow electrical safety procedures and company quality standards.
Travel to customer locations as required for installation and servicing.
