Job Description

To attend the after-sales Service complaint as per complaint register.

Work must on generator BS4,

✓ Arranging for job work/ machining required for completing the engine assembly

✓ Preparation of FSR after resolving the complaint thereby taking customer feedback on FSR & report to concerned service in-charge.

✓ Carrying out servicing of engines ( based on breakdowns , installation checks , AMC’s , Survey reports )

✓ Identifying spare parts of engines required for Overhauling of engines.

✓ Enquiry generation for DG set, RECD and AMC

✓ Education to customer about genuine spares and services.
