We are seeking a skilled Senior Field Service Engineer with strong experience in GPS-based systems, electronic devices, troubleshooting, installation, and field support. The ideal candidate must be able to manage client sites, perform equipment servicing, and ensure smooth technical operations.
Install, configure, and maintain GPS tracking devices, electronic equipment, sensors, and related hardware.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at client locations.
Conduct routine service visits, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
Provide on-site technical support, training, and demonstration to clients.
Handle wiring, soldering, circuit checks, and electronic testing.
Document service activities, prepare reports, and update service logs.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, replacements, and technical escalation.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Perform field visits across regions as required.
Minimum 1 year experience in GPS devices, electronics, field service, telematics, or related equipment.
Good knowledge of wiring, circuits, diagnostic tools, and electronic repair.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willing to travel extensively for field support.
Male candidates preferred (field travel requirement).
Diploma / BE / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or related field.
Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
Ability to manage tools and equipment.
Flexible with work timings and field operations.
