We are hiring for Field Service Engineer position for our client.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Experience: 6 Months to 6 Year

Location: Across South INDIA

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Field Service Engineers for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of tinting machines and industrial machinery. Candidates should have hands-on field service experience, strong technical knowledge, and willingness to travel for customer support activities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle installation and commissioning activities at customer locations

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution

Ensure SLA and TAT compliance for all assigned service requests

Maintain service reports and follow escalation/reporting procedures

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support

Mandatory Requirement:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Computers

Minimum 6 months of experience in machinery servicing and maintenance

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, MS Word, and MS Excel

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language

Willingness to travel and work in field operations

Age: 20 - 30 Years
