Field Service Engineer – Epson Robotics

Job Profile :

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for attending installation, breakdown, and preventive maintenance (PM) service calls for Epson Robotics systems. The role involves on-site troubleshooting, system support, and ensuring optimal performance of robotic equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and commission Epson robotic systems at customer sites

• Attend breakdown calls and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs

• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule

• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions

• Maintain service reports and documentation

• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service

Experience : Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply
