Job Description

We are hiring Service Engineers to join our team and provide reliable technical support and service to customers.

Eligibility

  • Diploma in Electronics or

  • ITI in Electronics

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel within the assigned territory to attend and resolve customer complaints.

  • Install and commission new machines at customer locations.

  • Perform maintenance and repairs for machines under warranty and Annual Service Contracts (ASC).

  • Respond promptly to machine breakdown calls and provide effective technical solutions.

  • Promote and sell Annual Service Contracts (ASC) and achieve assigned targets.

  • Provide technical assistance and support during the pre-sales process.

  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
