About the Role

We are seeking energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Field Engineers in the Quality Assurance (QA) division for Diagnostic Radiology Equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the medical technology field, working hands-on with advanced diagnostic imaging systems such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Mammography machines.

You’ll receive full training in QA testing, radiation safety, and industry standards while supporting hospitals and diagnostic centers to ensure equipment accuracy, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in QA testing and calibration of diagnostic radiology systems (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.) under supervision.

• Perform equipment checks, measurements, and data recording using radiation measuring instruments.

• Support in preparing QA reports and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

• Learn and follow national and international standards (AERB, NABH, OEM guidelines).

• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and company procedures.

• Coordinate with senior engineers and service teams during equipment inspection and maintenance.

• Travel to hospitals and diagnostic centers for on-site assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of medical imaging systems or radiation physics is a plus.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Internship or project experience in medical equipment or QA testing.

• Knowledge of radiology equipment from GE, Siemens, Philips, or Canon.

• Familiarity with radiation measurement tools (ion chamber, dosimeter, etc.).
