Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in printer/copier servicing and maintenance.
• Skilled in handling client communications and documentation in both Hindi and English, with a calm and professional approach at fast-paced environments.
• Technical Skills: Brand- Canon, HP, Kyocera, Brother, Konica Minolta printers.
• Knowledge: Model no.:- Canon IRAdv.4025/4235/3235/3225 Canon Color:- IR-3226/3020/3120; MF-244, 241, 4570, 4870; Kyocera:- FS-2040; Brother:- L-2541dw/2640 HP:- 438nda/436nd.
• Education: Diploma or certification in hardware/networking (preferred).
• Mandatory: Must own a bike for travel within Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair of printers and copiers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to printers.
• Replace and repair printer/copier components: drums, fixing units, hoppers, rollers, fuser assemblies, and toner cartridges.
• Resolve paper jam issues, duplexing errors, toner/cartridge replacement, and print quality defects.
• Maintain service logs and client feedback records
• Travel to client locations within Delhi NCR using a personal bike.
