We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at Candid Optronix Private Limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment, Telecom products , and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Support: Acting as the primary liaison, providing accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues, addressing complaints, and ensuring timely resolution.
Data Management: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
Process Transactions: Handling orders, returns, exchanges, and processing payments or refunds.
Follow-Up & Escalation: Conducting follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and escalating complex issues to senior management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ITI and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
