Job Description

  • Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of laboratory equipment

  • Preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and troubleshooting

  • Calibration, IQ/OQ/PQ support where applicable

  • Diagnose faults and replace parts as required

  • Coordinate with OEMs/principals for technical support and spares

  • Maintain service reports, calibration records, and visit logs

🔹 Customer Support

  • Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within TAT

  • Provide technical guidance and training to users

  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business

  • Support AMC/CMC contracts and renewals
