1. Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of LT/HT electrical panels
2. Ensure proper wiring, termination, and interlocking as per drawings
3. Perform pre-commissioning checks and functional testing
4. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels
5. Diagnose faults in MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD,MV, and control panels
6. Ensure minimum downtime by quick troubleshooting
7. Identify electrical and control circuit issues
8. Repair/replace faulty components like relays, contactors, breakers etc.
9. Analyze root cause and implement corrective actions
10. Coordinate with client, contractors, and internal teams at site
11. Follow site schedules and ensure timely completion of work
12. Support during shutdown and emergency situations
13. Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and test records
14. Maintain logs of AMC visits, breakdown calls, and spares used
15. Submit reports on daily/weekly basis
16. Follow electrical safety standards and PPE requirements
17. Ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures
18. Maintain safe working practices at all times
19. Attend customer complaints and provide technical support
20. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service
21. Provide guidance to clients on panel operation and maintenance
22. Ensure availability of required tools and spare parts
23. Proper handling and usage of instruments and materials
24. Coordinate for material requirements with store/procurement
25. Perform insulation resistance (IR), continuity, and functional tests
26. Verify panel performance as per technical specifications
27. Ensure quality standards are met before handover
28. Suggest improvements in service process
29. Upgrade technical knowledge and stay updated with new technologies
