Job Description

Position: Solar Expert Location: Chandrapur Company: Avyaansh Energy Solutions About the Role: We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced *Solar Expert* to join our team at Chandrapur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar power systems – installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities: - Site visits, system planning, and feasibility analysis - Installation, testing & commissioning of solar systems (On-grid/Off-grid/Hybrid) - Handle inverter and battery setups - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues - Customer support and service after installation - Coordinate with the back-office and field teamRequirements:- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in solar installations - ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or relevant field - Good understanding of solar components: panels, inverters, batteries, etc. - Ability to work independently on field - Must be comfortable traveling within Chandrapur and nearby areas - Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards Salary:- Based on experience and knowledge - + Travelling Allowance
