• Install Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs) at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

• Conduct initial tests and demonstrations to confirm equipment functionality and provide basic training to users.

• Provide on-site and remote support for customers experiencing issues with their IFPDs.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally, walking clients through troubleshooting steps as necessary.

• Perform routine maintenance on IFPDs to ensure longevity and functionality.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
