Service engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Application & Service Engineer (MEDICAL DEVICES) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in installing, maintaining, and supporting our products and services across client sites. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to real-world technical challenges, making it a perfect opportunity for recent graduates to launch their engineering careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling service & application calls over phone.

• Maintaining inventory and stock of spare parts.

• Coordinating with field service Engineer related service issues.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for applications and products.

• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions in line with company offerings.

• Participate in training sessions to develop product and industry knowledge.

• Document service activities and create detailed reports.

• Coordinate with the R&D and Sales teams for technical improvements and customer feedback.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI or Diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields.  Strong fundamentals in engineering principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
