We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team Yunay Car Care to Handle customer needs & requirements, Should have a knowledge of cars & should know about the service periods & Insurance process to handle the Insurance claim vehicles. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000/- to 18000/- with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
To receive the inflow vehicles to the workshop.
Note down the customer quarries of his/her vehicle.
Support the customer to get the issues resolved by giving proper guidance.
Provide cost estimates before starting work.
Stay updated on industry advancements.
Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ITI/Diploma and 1 to 2 years. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in operating systems.
