Service advisor

Role/Job Responsibilities: -

1. To ensure timely Installation, repairing, preventive maintenance of Printer, Laser Printer, MFD’s as per the specific / defined need of the customer and order.

2. Colour printing knowledge preferable.

3. Troubleshooting maintenance of MFP.

4. Configuration of MFP to local area network and single PC/PARA. Troubleshooting LAN and basic IT problem related for MFP. (IT skills/CNE/networking skills preferred)

5. Outrageous capabilities to give demo for MFP’s B/w and colour photocopiers.

6. Take the feedback from the client & take advice from seniors for better output to keep the high reputation of the company & better customer satisfaction.

7. Technically satisfy the client and co-operate with the seniors for continuous improvement. 8. Maintaining strong relationship with customers, dealers and ensuring their satisfaction also. Teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross functional team.
